He, or the quote, ends in “drastic emission cuts”, sneakily implying, or at least vaguely urging us to assume, that this cutting of emissions 1) has been, or should become a thing? and can be done 🥁 in a drrrastic manner, and 2) has shown itself to be just as obviously feasible as “removing CO₂”. 🥹 (It's actually far, far feasibler, but that's a depressing realisation to realise, if you hadn't already realised.)
